All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business day. You will receive an email confirming your order and a link to track your shipping.

Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt).
The fine print:
- You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox.
- If you would like to exchange or return an item please call 203-234-8472 & we will get things going right away for you. We are in the process of updating this format to make things easier ASAP.
- Please know that returns are only available for exchange or store credit.
- In store returns are also accepted, with tags, unworn and you must bring your receipt.
